Jon Rahm and Scottie Scheffler have both individually won more than twice as much prize money than Rory McIlroy so far this year.
Rahm was crowned Masters champion earlier this month, with that victory coming after first-placed finishes at both the Sentry Tournament of Champions and The American Express in January, as well as the Genesis Invitational in February.
Meanwhile, Scheffler topped the leaderboard at both the Players Championship and Phoenix Open. Incredibly, the world number 2 (behind Rahm) has not finished lower that in a tie for 12th since the start of the year.

According to research from The Sports Daily, Rahm has earned more than €12.4million since January, while Scheffler has pocketed €11.4million.
In comparison to the world number one and two, McIlroy, who is ranked third in the world, has taken home €4.9million in prize money since the turn of the year.
The Holywood man has only made six starts on the PGA Tour this season and didn't play at the RBC Heritage after failing to make the cut at the Masters.
But McIlroy picked up big sums of cash for joint second at both the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the WGC-Dell Match Play.
However, he has struggled since the Arnold Palmer Invitational, with his disappointing display at the Masters coming after he also failed to make the cut at the Players Championship.
