Rochelle Humes was told that she's 'not on her own' as she posted an honest snap of herself in tears. The presenter was celebrating over the weekend and her first-born daughter, who she shares with husband Marvin, turned 10.
The loved-up couple, who have been married for more than 10 years, took to social media to pay gushing tributes to their eldest child Alaia-Mai as she marked her birthday on Saturday (May 20). JLS star Marvin shared a string of adorable photos to his Instagram grid showing him with his little girl from a baby to now.
"10 years ago today my baby girl was born," he started the caption of his post. "Happy Birthday to my angel Alaia. Lai-Lai we’re so proud of you and the little lady that you are. My bestie and Tik-Tok partner. You deserve the very best baby. Daddy loves you. Happy Birthday."

But it wasn't for another 24 hours that Rochelle took to social media herself to mark Alaia's special day. Sharing a stunning black and white snap of the pair, the former girl band star and This Morning regular said: "Double digits. Our first born baby girl is 10."
Rochelle's post also featured pictures of Alaia as a baby as well as with her dad and younger siblings, Valentina and Blake. "Happy 10th Birthday Alaia, I won the lottery over and over again when I got lucky enough to be your Mama, the 33-year-old mum-of-three gushed. "You really are the girl with the kindest heart, soul and eyes.
"We’ve been best friends since the day you were born and as much as I hate the rate you’re growing, as you’re becoming a little lady our bond just grows by the day. To know you is to love you my girl."
Referencing the celebration, Rochelle included a snap of the purple balloon set-up that greeted Alaia on the morning of her special day before she rounded off her carousel of images with one of herself with tears streaming down her face. "We had the best day yesterday celebrating together as a family with her best friends, I mostly cried ALL morning I’m not sure why but birthdays always really hit me and this feels like a big one, tell me I’m not on my own?!"
Rochelle also shared the same image on her Instagram Story and candidly confessed: "I mostly spent yesterday day like this... I get SO emotional on my babies' birthdays... I'm definitely that Mum that wants to keep them all in a baby grow forever... and 10 just doesn't sit right with me," adding a face holding back tears and broken heart emoji.
And fans were quick to respond to Rochelle. @ninaharv said: "You’re not on your own, I used to cry on their birthdays too." @gourlayrebecca replied: "No your not I’ve spent most of this morning in tears as it’s my baby 1st birthday!" @ramsxmason posted: "You are definitely not on your own hun! I cry too."
