Rochelle Humes joked about her 'poor' team after she ended up having to strip off at work. The TV star and businesswoman has been back in the thick of it in the office after taking a lengthy break to spend the New Year with her 'little gang'.
With Christmas out of the way, on Boxing Day, the mum-of-three took to social media with her last post of 2022 as she 'signed off' from social media. The This Morning star is no stranger to taking breaks from Instagram as she focuses time on her family, including her husband Marvin Humes.
Sharing a string of stunning images of herself and Marvin, Rochelle wrote: "I'm signing off for a couple of weeks to spend some quality time with my little gang. I just want to say how grateful I am for your love and support this year. I couldn’t do what I do without you all and I’m SO thankful."

She then added: "Have the best New Year, now is the time to manifest the year you want. See you all in January for a proper catch up." Remaining true to her word, after a social media detox, the former Saturdays singer returned to share some snaps from her family Christmas and stunning getaway as she rung in the new year in Dubai.
"December files. I’ve missed you.." she typed alongside a string of photos which included one of her eldest daughter, Alaia donning matching red festive pyjamas with her dad as well as snaps of Rochelle showing off her sensational figure in a khaki swimsuit on the beach as well as another of Marvin, Alaia and middle child Valentina watching the stunning firework display over the Dubai skyline.
She then returned to the social media platform with plenty more snaps from her lavish getaway which also included an appearance from Marvin's JLS bandmate Aston Merrygold, his wife Sarah and their two young sons - Grayson and Macauley. "Magical memories at sea," Rochelle penned.
But the This Morning host, who also shares son Blake with Marvin, has since been back at work and headed into her office, The RH Group, on Wednesday (January 11). However, she may not have quite acclimatized to the UK weather. Posting a picture of herself taken in her office mirror, Rochelle was almost hidden under her black outer coat and matching baseball cap.
"Walked into work in my duvet coat and am now SWEATING," she typed alongside the image posted to her millions of followers. But minutes later, she took a close-up selfie of herself pulling a face and giving a thumbs up to the camera as she stripped due to the temperatures.
"So now my poor gang have to work with me in a sports bra," she confessed in the caption. But things are clearly exciting in Rochelle's work world as she teased that there was plenty to come alongside some professionally-taken images. "Happy New Year…" she started alongside her post earlier this week.
"I’ve missed you all.. Back to work tomorrow after 3 weeks off spending quality time with my little gang and I’m feeling reset and ready for what 2023 has in store.. We’ve been cooking @therhgroup and this year is going to be EXCITING." She then added: "This is your reminder incase you’ve forgotten…Girl, you’re gonna win this year and that’s the end of the story."
