Good Morning Britain viewers have flocked to send messages of support to Robert Rinder after the presenter ended up in hospital just hours after hosting the ITV show.
The star, otherwise known as Judge Rinder, appeared on Monday's edition of GMB alongside Ranvir Singh, earning praise from viewers for challenging deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner over Government spending as well as speaking to music legends Lulu and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. But later that day, the presenter shared a concerning update with fans from hospital.
Sharing a photo of himself looking worse for wear in bed wearing a hospital gown, Robert wrote: "Started the day holding politicians to account on GMB and interviewing Lulu and Richie Sambora... finished it having a prolapsed disc in my back repaired and healed."

Also posting a picture of himself sitting up in bed and giving a thumbs-up, he added: "Life can change in a moment... hold on to joy wherever you find it (thanks brilliant medical team)." Fans and friends rushed to send get-well messages to Robert, with some who had suffered the same experience sharing their sympathies.
"A prolapsed disc is SO painful!" actor Jeremy Edwards replied on Twitter. "I'm very glad you got it repaired and are on the mend. I had one and remember thinking, 'I would not wish this on my worst enemy.'"
Other fans expressed hope that Robert would be on the mend soon to be back on their screens hosting Good Morning Britain. "Best wishes for a speedy recovery - we need your voice of reason on our televisions, especially where politicians from all sides are concerned," one person penned.
"You made my day on GMB, I could listen / watch you for hours," another fan wrote. "Please appear more often. Get well soon, take care."
