Authorities are warning of traffic delays at the start of this week as work continues to fix water mains at one of the key junctions in north Bristol.
Temporary traffic lights have been causing problems since they were installed on Thursday evening at the junction of Gloucester Road and Zetland Road, just north of the arches in Bishopston, on the main A38 into the city centre.
Bristol Water has closed pavements and are digging up the road at this location and, according to the local authorities' 'One Network', motorists should expect delays in what is already a busy main road into the city.

Work began on Thursday and is scheduled to continue until midnight on Tuesday night, with the Bank Holiday Monday and the first day back at work on Tuesday seeing problems.
Bristol Water has installed four-way traffic lights at the already busy junction where Elton Road and Zetland Road meet Gloucester Road, effectively tripling the length of waiting time for motorists using the interchange, which is also a key bus route.
