A man has been airlifted to hospital after suffering serious injuries in a motorbike crash.
The man, in his 20s, is believed to have a serious leg injury after coming off his motorbike in Southport.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene after the crash took place on Forest Road, at around 11.50am today.

It is believed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Forest Road is now closed in both directions, between Curzon Road and Beatty Road, while emergency services attend the scene.
A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "At around 11.50am today (Tuesday 1 March) emergency services were called to a report of a man who came off his motorbike on Forest Road in Southport.
"A man in his 20s is being taken to hospital by air ambulance with a serious leg injury.
"It is believed no other vehicle was involved in the incident.
"Forest Road is currently closed while emergency services attend the incident.
"We ask that drivers avoid the area and find an alternative route. We thank you for your patience as we deal with this incident."
