Rio Ferdinand has praised the new culture that Erik ten Hag has brought to Manchester United following the victory over Arsenal on Sunday.
United beat Arsenal 3-1 on Sunday to make it four wins on the bounce, with Antony getting his United account off and running on debut and two goals from Marcus Rashford. Christian Eriksen was Man of The Match as he continues to impress in midfield following his free transfer.
Rashford is among the many players who seem to have enjoyed a boost of confidence under Ten Hag so far, with the Arsenal win taking United to fifth in the table. That's despite losing their first two games of the season, against Brighton and Brentford.

After the win on Sunday, Ferdinand heaped praise on Ten Hag, as the former United defender revealed how impressed he was with the culture the Dutchman has instilled at the club in such a short space of time.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, he said: "I'm really impressed. He's [Ten Hag's] come in and the first thing that he showed is that he can get a group of players together. He has the discipline. He's making people aware of their roles and responsibilities. He keeps on talking about, especially after this game, he spoke about standards every day. I think that was a big thing. It's about the culture.
"I think when you look at the team beforehand, did they have the character did they have the personality, did they have the grit? No, because far too many times they folded under pressure. I believe the way that Arsenal pressured us and controlled parts of the game, in previous times we would have folded and lost that game, or minimum drawn it.
"I just feel that he's now creating a culture where there's a certain standard every single day at the club, how you train how you apply yourself, and that goes a long way to being reflected in what we're seeing on the football pitch now."
