FAQs
Do Richer Sounds do repairs?
Yes, they do! Their dedicated repair service is one of the biggest reasons people stay so loyal to them.
Unlike many retailers that simply tell you to buy a new one when something breaks, Richer Sounds has its own in-house engineering team. Plus, if your tech develops a fault while covered by their standard or 6-year VIP guarantee, the repair is free.
If your warranty has expired, Richer Sounds will still repair your tech, and they offer a fully transparent repair service. You pay a fee that covers transportation to their workshop, the engineer's time to diagnose the problem, and any basic parts needed to fix it. If it needs an expensive specialist part, they will always call you with a quote before doing the work, so you aren't hit with a surprise bill.
To book a repair, you can go to the Richer Sounds website and fill out the Online Repair Booking Form to arrange a collection.
