Richard Madeley jokingly threatened to walk off the Good Morning Britain studio floor after co-host Susanna Reid compared him to the iconic Ken doll.

The 66-year-old Marmite presenter returned to hosting duties on the ITV breakfast programme this week and on Wednesday morning the pair discussed space scientist Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock being honoured with a lookalike Barbie doll.

Susanna confessed she would love to have the honour of a Barbie doll in her likeness, while Richard agreed it would be nice to have his own Ken doll.
