Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson has called Brexit a “unmitigated disaster” as a think tank led by Sir Tony Blair said Britain should rejoin the EU within a decade.

Sir Richard said the vote in 2016 had been an “unprecedented act of economic and political self-harm”, and the British people should be given a “second chance” to decide whether to be in the EU.
