This is the bizarre moment health secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr grabbed two snakes from the patio of fellow Trump official Mehmet Oz.
RFK Jr posted the clip to his X account, titling it “Cheryl cheerleads the removal of a pair of Black Racers from Dr Oz’s patio,” referring to his wife Cheryl Hines, who can be heard in the video telling him to be careful.
The non-venomous Black Racer snakes appear to repeatedly bite Kennedy during the video filmed at the waterfront Florida home of Dr Oz, the current administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
It is the latest of Kennedy’s unorthodox interactions with nature, which have included dumping a bear carcass in New York City’s Central Park and and chainsawing the head off a dead whale.
