A former Hyde Park gardener who bludgeoned his own brother to death after draining his back account and leaving him to live in squalor has been jailed for life.
Peter John, 60, drunkenly attacked retired postman Miller Paul John, 61, with a garden fork, a chair leg, and his own walking stick as he lay in his bed at the home they shared in Homerton, east London.
