Restaurant group San Carlo is to relocate its UK headquarters to a landmark in Manchester city centre.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on 6,200 sq ft of space at Arkwright House in Parsonage Gardens.
Completed in 1937, Arkwright House is a grade II-listed building which was formally the headquarters of the English Sewing Cotton Company.

San Carlo's head office is currently located at Acresfield in St Ann's Square. The deal was overseen by Colliers and Avison Young who were acting on behalf of the landlord.
