Neighbours on a south Manchester street say their lives have been changed by the presence of two “big” and “angry” Shar Pei dogs.
Residents claim that the dogs are frequently left roaming Moss Side, with a series of attacks reported in the area around Platt Lane, reports the Manchester Evening News.
