Mystery shrouds odd fencing which blocks a path on a new-build housing estate - as no one seems to know who put it up.
Residents in Guisborough, Teesside, have ridiculed the additional fence rail, which now connects to separate structures - and blocks a path to and from homes.
Avant Homes, which is behind the new development, was blamed by some for the misplaced fence rails, but the company denied any involvement. A spokesperson told Teesside Live it had “no knowledge of, nor involvement with, the erection of the fence”.
