Republicans have clinched the White House and flipped the Senate, but unified control for the GOP remains a question as votes in House races continue to be counted. According to a source, there has not yet been a projection in 14 House races. As of Tuesday morning, an estimated 790,000 votes remain to be counted, with the majority of these votes coming from California. The remaining states where votes are still being tallied include Alaska, Arizona, Iowa, Maine, Ohio, and Oregon.
Currently, Republicans are just three seats away from retaining the majority in the House, while Democrats are 12 seats away from potentially taking control of the chamber. The outcome of these remaining House races will play a crucial role in determining which party ultimately secures control of the House of Representatives.
