A would-be Reform UK MP has been recorded saying Muslims cannot be British and calling for asylum seekers crossing the Channel to be placed in “concentration camps”.

The remarks were captured by an undercover ITV reporter as part of an investigation into Reform UK, which has already prompted accusations of “appalling behaviour” and “extreme racism” within the party.
