Reese Witherspoon shared what she eats in a day - and it's VERY green.
The 46-year-old actress has consistently maintained a trim figure - and 25-inch waist - throughout her years in Hollywood, and clearly puts a lot of thought into her diet.
The Morning Show star shared a snap of her breakfast with fans while on trip to Washington DC to celebrate Women's History Month.
On her plate was two small pieces of sourdough smothered in smashed avocado, topped with two poached eggs.
There were edible plants and radish slices scattered over the dish with one tomato on the side.
She had a frothy Cappuccino and green juice beside her morning meal.
Reese has said in the past that she likes Kim Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie.
Along with her flurry of photos, she captioned the post: "24 hours in DC to celebrate Women's History Month with dear friends and some new friends too!"
Reese often shares snaps of her food, and lunch typically is kale salad with lentils or grilled chicken.
Dinner for the star is usually chicken or fish accompanied with dark greens.
Speaking about how she stays slim, she said she doesn't do crash diets.
"'I don't believe in crash dieting or anything like that... I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy,' she told UsWeekly.
"I'm big into working out with girlfriends. It's an acquired skill, being able to discuss your love life, children, and friends — all while you're running. But we have mastered it."
But it's not all clean eating for Reese, she enjoys treating herself to sugary snacks.
She and a friend went to Sprinkles Cupcakes and picked a selection of cakes.
The actress also paid a visit to the National Portrait Gallery, and told followers: "So grateful for these precious days with good friends and inspiring moments of art & joy."
Reese recently shared the exciting news that her production company was making a movie based on James Patterson and Dolly Parton's book Run Rose Run.
