Shocking footage has emerged of Celtic fans letting off a firework in a packed crowd during title party celebrations in Glasgow.
Thousands of Hoops fans flocked to the east end of the city to celebrate the club winning their second SPL title in a row, having sealed the league win against Hearts on May 7, before a 5-0 victory against Aberdeen at the weekend.
In a video clip shared on social media, two fans can be seen lighting a firework in a packed crowd before losing control of the pyrotechnic.
The pair can be seen clutching onto a rocket before it shoots over their heads and into the crowd behind them.
People can be heard screaming and others running for cover as it explodes in the middle of the crowd of shocked and angry onlookers.
The video has come to light after it emerged three people were allegedly seriously assaulted in the city on Saturday during the celebrations.
One man was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and remains in a serious condition, with two other males aged 33 and 19 discharged from hospital after being treated by medics.
Police Scotland reported an 'unacceptable level of anti-social behaviour and incidents of disorder'. There were 10 arrests at the gathering for a number of other offences, including assault, acts of public disorder and police assault, but no police officers were injured. A further eight people were issued with fixed penalty notices.
Police added 18 people sustained minor injuries, 'mainly due to intoxication.' A spokesperson said enquiries into all the alleged incidents were ongoing.
