Last month Rebel was forced to file a restraining order against a man who wrongly claimed the pair shared a 20-year-old son together.
According to a report, the actress' lawyer, Susan Haber, filed for a temporary restraining order in a bid to protect her from the person she says she has never met.
TMZ reported it had obtained legal documents which claimed the man discovered the actress' home address in Los Angeles and told her in a handwritten note that the pair share a 20-year-old son.
The outlet said the docs described how the pair allegedly met in a club in 2001 before getting close. The man is said to have wrote: "We both know what happened thereafter."
Rebel reportedly denied any get together and stressed she has never met the man.
