Rebekah Vardy 's former agent is in line to sign a deal which will give her account of the famous Wagatha Christie court case.
Caroline Watt, 40, is reported to be in talks with three streaming TV giants about her version of events between the libel court case between Rebekah and Coleen Rooney.
Coleen conducted a sting operation in 2019, accusing Vardy online of leaking private stories about her to The Sun. Mrs Vardy has always denied she passed information to the newspaper.
In the High Court at the end of July, Mrs Justice Steyn ruled Coleen's accusation was "substantially true" and she effectively won the court battle, which was dubbed the 'Wagatha Christie trial' because of the way Coleen put false stories on her social media to prove Vardy was responsible for leaking information.
Over the course of the case, Caroline found herself being dragged into the spotlight after it emerged her mobile phone which included some key evidence had been dropped into the North Sea.
Watt withdrew her witness statement and blocked approaches from lawyers due to her mental health just before the libel battle began.
Now, it is alleged the former air stewardess has been been offered up to £300,000 for an explosive one-off documentary, with Discovery, Netflix and Apple all vying for her signature.
Watt's deal comes after Disney+ announced last week they will put Coleen's version of events forward in a three-part TV series.
The streaming giants confirmed at the Edinburgh TV Festival they had won the exclusive rights to work with Coleen, 36, and have given the show the working title of Wagatha Christie.
Describing the project they wrote in an announcement: "The three-part series will take viewers from the circumstances that led to her infamous Instagram post that ‘broke the Internet’ all the way to Coleen being a successful defendant in one of the UK’s highest-profile High Court defamation cases brought against her by Rebekah Vardy.
"In a story for our times, Wagatha Christie will reveal how fiercely determined and resilient Coleen had to be in order to protect her family from the challenges presented by the traditional and social media landscapes."
Rebekah is also said to be considering two offers to make her own documentary.
The Mirror has contacted Rebekah's representatives for comment.
