Mother-of-two Hanna Kinsella has opened up about her weight loss journey after welcoming her daughter Kimia in May last year. The glam Real Housewives of Cheshire star introduced her adorable baby girl in the 15th series of the ITVBe show, which follows the lives of glamorous women living in Cheshire.
Hanna, 34, had discovered on camera, during the 14th series, that she was expecting her second child with anti-ageing doctor Martin Kinsella. Their son Max, born in February 2021, was just eight months old when cosmetic dentist found out she was pregnant during a girls' trip to Edinburgh. The news came as a shock to Hanna who had thought that she was just feeling under the weather after having a Covid jab.
Hanna was heavily pregnant when filming started again on the next series and baby Kimia was born by planned caesarean at Wythenshawe Hospital. The doting mum has now taken to Instagram to address fans asking her to share details of her weight loss, admitting that she was feeling 'quite low about herself' three months on after giving birth.

"Sooooo lots and lots of you have been asking about this and I can finally talk about it and tell you all how I managed to do it!" she said. "So about three months after I'd had Kimia I was feeling quite low about myself and really wanted to try and eat healthily and get my body back."
Hanna says she reached out to one of her friends who she knew was starting a coaching programme. She had a meal plan that she followed for six to eight weeks and 'got in as many steps' as she could because she wasn't back at the gym at this point.
Sharing before and after photos she wrote: "Can't believe I'm actually sharing this with you guys but this was my before! about three months after Kimia.
"I just didn't feel good about myself at all and I think after having a baby obviously our bodies change and it's amazing but I really wanted to start feeling like myself again." She told her followers: "After eight weeks I felt so much better. I had more energy. I was less lethargic and I felt like me again."
Hanna has revealed that the ladies are back filming again for the new series after series 15 ended with a Christmas special which reunited them on a cruise around Mexico.
"So excited about this new series it's jam packed," she said. "You guys are gonna love it And yes of course there's loads of drama."
