Raunak Sadhwani regains lead on top, Divya Deshmukh goes down fighting in Abu Dhabi chess festival

NAGPUR: City's first Grandmaster (GM) Raunak Sadhwani defeated compatriot Bharath Subramaniyam to jump to joint lead in the 30th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival on Wednesday.

While Raunak regained the top spot in the Masters category of the event, world junior girls chess champion Divya Deshmukh went down fighting against ninth seeded GM AR Saleh Salem from UAE in the sixth round of the tournament.
