A 45-year-old GP who was reportedly part of a pool of doctors treating members of the British royal family -- Queen Camilla -- was found dead at her home near the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, with her husband later charged with her murder. Dr Hannah Cain, who was known professionally as Dr Hannah Terry, was found at the couple’s home in Fern Hill, Dersingham, in the early hours of October 4. Her husband, Mark Cain, 45, was arrested and charged with murder.
