Rangers supporters asked to arrive early for Union Saint-Gilloise tie

Rangers fans urged to ramp up the noise at Ibrox with supporters asked to arrive early

RANGERS fans are being reminded to turn up early for tonight's game against Union Saint-Gilloise.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side face an all-or-nothing Champions League qualifier against the Belgian outfit at Ibrox.

The Light Blues trail 2-0 at the half-way point in the tie following a disappointing performance last Tuesday.

However, with home advantage on their side, Rangers will be hoping to overturn to deficit in front of a packed Ibrox.

And the club have asked fans to ramp up the noise in the run up to kick-off, with the PA system being switched off 15-minutes prior to the teams emerging from the tunnel.

This morning, the club tweeted: "Please arrive early this evening to avoid queues.

"At 7:30pm, the PA system will be turned off to allow our world famous support to create the unique Ibrox atmosphere."
