RANGERS midfielder Stephen Kelly has completed his deadline day move to Livingston.
The Scotland youth internationalist was free to leave Ibrox this summer after failing to earn a place in Giovanni van Bronckhorst's plans for the new campaign.
Kelly spent time on loan at Ayr United, Ross County and Salford in recent seasons and has now penned a three-year deal with the Lions.
Rangers will receive a nominal fee for the 22-year-old after he clinched a move to quit his boyhood heroes.
