Madonna was filmed rolling around on a hotel bed with Charli XCX and Julia Garner in a chaotic 3am TikTok clip, hours after her headline-making VMAs performance sparked concern online.

The 68-year-old pop icon, dressed in a black lace corset and fishnet stockings, joined the two stars for a rowdy late-night celebration that contrasted sharply with earlier moments on stage where she appeared to struggle.
