About 4,000 Love To Dream portable sleep machines, the kind of sound machine that often sits beside a crib, have been recalled because the lithium-ion battery can overheat when used with an incompatible charger. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) posted the notice on Sept. 24, the same day it announced two other recalls that affect the same rooms of the house.
One covers about 43,674 ABC Trading light-up glasses, headbands and ties with button battery compartments that children can open. The other covers about 25,073 Aitjunz eight-drawer dressers that can tip over onto children. No injuries have been reported in any of the three recalls, although CPSC has received one report of an Aitjunz dresser tipping over.
