Rangers icon Barry Ferguson reckons Kieran Tierney is capable of making a step up to represent football giants Real Madrid.
The former Celtic left-back has been an impressive performer since leaving Parkhead for Arsenal in 2019.
His spell has been hit with injury at times but the Muirhouse defender has still proven himself as a key man for Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta and Scotland boss Steve Clarke.
Now Real Madrid are reportedly after him, according to reports in Spain. Having signed for Arsenal at a price of around £25 million, a fee worth double that would likely be needed.
Former Rangers captain Ferguson reckons the Celtic academy product is more than capable of challenging Ferland Mendy for left-back supremacy in Madrid.
He told Go Radio: "I could 100% see him playing at Real Madrid. Arsenal are a big club but they are struggling to force their way into England's top four.
"When Kieran Tierney went down to England and produced good performances, there was no doubt in my mind that he could go to the best about."
