Bollywood’s power couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, made hearts skip a beat as they came together for a rather dreamy and filmy moment on New Year's day.
The couple, who flew out of the city to join the Kapoor family for an intimate celebration, were caught sharing a rather sweet moment as the clock struck 12 and the sky lit up with fireworks. A video going viral on fan handles sees Ranbir running towards Alia to kiss her at the stoke of midnight. The video sees the two locking in a tight embrace before they kiss and the camera pans away.
In photos shared on Instagram, Alia, also clad in black, was seen posing for family photos with Ranbir by her side and daughter Raha in his arms. The party was an intimate affair, with only their families attending the celebrations and posting glimpses online.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2022 and welcomed their daughter later that same year 2023.
The midnight kiss has only added to the excitement among fans to see the two together in the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali film 'Love And War', which also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The film went into production late last year and is expected to wrap up well in time for its 2026 release. Alia also has 'Alpha', her spy film that is also in the pipeline, while RK is awaiting the release of his mythological epic 'Ramayana' which is slated for a Diwali 2026 release.
