As the Los Angeles Rams progress through their search for a new defensive coordinator, they’re eyeing an assistant coach from the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Rams will interview Ravens defensive backs coach Dennard Wilson for their defensive coordinator position.
The Titans and Giants are also interviewing Wilson, with New York having met with him virtually once already.
Wilson was the Eagles’ defensive backs coach in 2021 before being promoted to pass game coordinator in 2022, but Philadelphia opted not to promote him to defensive coordinator and lost him to the Ravens where he’s coaching the DBs.
Ravens’ defensive backs coach Dennard Wilson is interviewing for the defensive coordinator jobs with the Rams, Titans and Giants, per source. It’s his second DC interview with the Giants.

Wilson actually began his coaching career with the Rams in 2012 as a defensive quality control coach and then the DBs coach from 2015-2016, so he has some familiarity with Les Snead and the organization.
