Fans of the Steel City are beginning to think it’s Groundhog Day, as Pittsburgh is once again subject to rumors involving a trade for another superstar All-Pro receiver. After two failed trade attempts at both WR Brandon Aiyuk and WR Davante Adams, the team could finally pull the trigger on a blockbuster deal.
While new information is confirmed to arrive in the coming days, the initial reports state that the Los Angeles Rams have made ‘multiple’ calls to different teams gaging the interest for their All-Pro 31-year-old wide receiver Cooper Kupp. Kupp has struggled to stay healthy the past three seasons, but his play from his stellar 2021 Triple Crown season still exists.

A second-round draft selection for Kupp is almost a bargain, as the elite receiver offers great hands, route running, run-after-catch ability, and is a great blocker.
Could Pittsburgh finally acquire an elite playmaker opposite George Pickens? QB Russell Wilson, who made his seasonal debut in Week 7, would excel even further with additional talent on the field.
