Ralf Rangnick's hands have been full since day one dealing with the mess he inherited at Manchester United.
The Old Trafford interim boss took over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with problems on and off on the pitch.
There were multiple reports of unrest in the dressing room while the Red Devils were falling well short of their ambitions to win the Premier League.
United's fringe players were upset they were not getting enough playing time, especially with the first teams performing well below par.
It was also claimed these 'favourites' would be allowed to miss games with niggling injuries.
Rangnick has steadied the ship and managed to string some results together, as well as trimming United's bloated squad which he says has improved the mood around the camp.

And the German reportedly ‘b*******d’ the players upon walking into the ‘mess’ at the club, especially the ones who were taking advantage of Solskjaer's soft approach.
Rangnick insists the atmosphere in the dressing room has improved dramatically as they sold various players on the fringes of the team in the January transfer window.
The German admits he has heard about the dressing room leaks, but didn't want to comment on anything that was occurring before he arrived at the club.
"Obviously, I have heard about what was written. I can only tell you from my personal experience in the last 12 weeks, yes, there were players unhappy until the closure of the window because, as I always said, the squad was too big, we had too many players who just realised they wouldn’t get game-time and this has improved, for sure," Rangnick said.
"From what I can tell, the atmosphere in the locker room is better than it used to be a couple of weeks ago for all those reasons I just spoke about.
"As you quite rightly said, for us it’s about performing well, showing togetherness on the pitch, getting the best out of our performance and winning games, that’s our job. Those are the things we can influence, all the other things we can’t."
