Melanie Ross, 60, said the aftermath of the crash was ‘complete carnage’ (handout/PA) -

Melanie Ross was travelling to London on an East Midlands Railways (EMR) Corby to St Pancras train which was stationary when it was hit by a train run by the same operator on June 19 at Elstow, near Bedford.
