Rail strike to go ahead tomorrow as RMT blame Tory transport minister for 'wrecking' negotiations

Train passengers will suffer more disruption from strike action after talks to resolve the bitter dispute over jobs, pay and conditions broke down.

The third and final strike of the week is planned for Saturday.
