Money can help start a business, build technology and expand into new markets. But according to Alibaba founder Jack Ma, money alone is not what makes an ambitious idea succeed. The bigger challenge, he has argued, is finding people who genuinely believe in a vision and are willing to work relentlessly to turn it into reality.
