This will surely be a shocker to many of you (No it won’t): Quinnen Williams was voted by the Jets as their team MVP, winning the Curtis Martin Award, for this season.
The heart of the Jets’ defense this season leads the way with 12 sacks, which also ranks him tied for 7th in the league and is tied with Chiefs’ defensive tackle Chris Jones for the most at the position.
Williams also has 12 tackles for a loss which ranks him in the top 20 in the NFL.
All this even with missing Week 14 against the Bills with a calf injury.
It all added up to his first Pro Bowl selection and he was also voted as a starter for the AFC.
Was there ever any doubt?
Q earns another well-deserved award 🙌
As voted on by the team, our 2022 Curtis Martin Team MVP is @QuinnenWilliams.
