Next month marks a huge event in the UK, as the country will celebrate 70 years of the Queen sitting on the throne. To mark the occasion, the government have announced a four-day weekend with two bank holidays on Thursday, June 2 and Friday, June 3.
The actual date of the Platinum Jubilee, was Sunday, February 6. However next month, the extended weekend is sure to see celebrations takeover the country.
And Bristol is no exception. The city is sure to welcome a host of events, including street parties that can be enjoyed by all.

Patchway Jubilee Beacon Lighting

Portishead free Community Event
