NEW DELHI: Indian badminton star PV Sindhu faced a tough challenge in the semi-final of the Denmark Open Super 750 tournament, losing to Spain's Carolina Marin in a closely contested match that extended over one hour and 13 minutes.

Sindhu fought hard but ultimately lost to the Olympic champion Marin with a final scoreline of 18-21, 21-19, 7-21. The encounter was a gripping battle between two elite players, showcasing exceptional badminton skills.
