AMRITSAR: Even as Navjot Singh Sidhu had refused to quit along with losing state Congress presidents of Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Manipur, he submitted his one-line resignation to Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday and now rumours abound that he might return to showbiz or cricket commentary.
Ego clashes with the state Congress colleagues and his desire to run the show in a personalised manner with his own deputies and favourite bureaucrats caused discontentment in the unit.
