Pune: Rush to refuel amid fear of steep surge in petrol & diesel prices

PUNE: Manoj Jadhav, a working professional, got a call from his friend last Saturday and immediately left for a fuel station near his locality in Hadapsar to fill up the tank of his vehicle.

What triggered Jadhav’s speedy response to his friend’s call was that fuel prices are supposedly going to hit the roof because of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
