PUNE: Bus commuters have slammed the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) for blaming the pandemic for the sorry state of affairs at BRTS corridors.
“The last two years saw minimal bus movement due to the pandemic and maintenance of corridors took a back seat. Thefts in the corridors increased. Earlier this month, some batteries and an inverter were stolen from the Nigdi-Dapodi corridor and the guard was assaulted,” a senior PMPML official said.
