A 23-year-old man in Kentucky has been arrested after allegedly posting a series of graphic online threats against US President Donald Trump and law enforcement officers, including a message about cutting off his skin and feeding it to stray dogs.
Federal prosecutors say Kadrioan Serainity Santiago, from Lexington, has been charged with interstate threatening communication after a criminal complaint was unsealed in a US District Court. The case stems from a string of alleged posts on Instagram made between January and late March 2026 under the username “kadi_skating”.
