Pub delivers straight five-word response to customers critical of 'slow' carvery service

A pub delivered a simple response to a customer complaining about having to wait 15 minutes to pick up a carvery.

The reviewer, known as Nikki, took to Google to share her thoughts after visiting The White Swan in Wythall, Birmingham last month.

She was left unhappy after having to wait for her carvery, despite having already ordered ahead to collect.
