Psychology says people who are highly relaxed at all times and do everything very slowly aren't necessarily lazy: What the behavior reveals?

Psychology says people who are highly relaxed at all times and do everything very slowly are not necessarily lazy, unmotivated or lacking intelligence. A slow pace can have different explanations. Some people may prefer to focus on one task at a time. Others may take more time because they avoid reacting to pressure without thinking. Research discussed in cognitive science, personality psychology and behavioral nutrition also connects slower behavior with mindfulness, emotional regulation and attention to internal signals. This does not mean every slow person has the same reason for behaving this way. Context, personality, stress levels and past experiences can all influence how a person responds to daily situations.
