Psychology says people who always stay enthusiastic and try to enjoy every moment of life aren't necessarily deeply happy: What this behavior reveals?

Psychology says people who always stay enthusiastic and try to enjoy every moment of life aren't necessarily deeply happy. A person may smile often, remain active, encourage others and try to find something positive in every situation. However, these actions do not always show what the person feels inside. Some people use constant enthusiasm to avoid sadness, fear, anxiety or grief. Others may have learned that showing negative emotions can lead to rejection or criticism. Psychology suggests that emotional health does not mean feeling happy all the time. It means being able to experience, understand and accept different emotions.
