Property management firm NSM has expanded into new Doncaster offices and says rent collection has been strong despite the pandemic.
The firm, which also operates a Merseyside base, said it was on the lookout for opportunities to acquire multi-let industrial sites with investors, which it would add to its management portfolio of 5.4 million sqft of space. NSM said recent success had afforded its move to Jetstream Drive at the Doncaster International Business Park.
Three new staff members have been appointed at the same time. Lydia Harris has joined the business as office manager in Doncaster; Kim Howey as the new property manager for the North West and Caitlin Davies joins the team on a work placement while studying for her Real Estate Management degree at the University of Leeds. Doncaster-based Vicky Benson has also been promoted to property manager for the East.
