Probe launched after passenger falls from platform and dies at Ickenham Tube station

An investigation has been launched into the death of a passenger who fell from a London Underground station platform and was hit by a train.

The incident took place at Ickenham station, which is on the Uxbridge branch of both the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, on the evening of March 28.
