Private equity interest in London firms shows no sign of slowing with Medica latest to be snapped up

Private equity continues to loom over London-listed firms, as radiology firm Medica today agreed a £269 million deal to be sold to IK Partners.

Medica is the fifth public London company in the space of a week to announce progress towards a private equity sale, amid claims that London companies are undervalued compared to their counterparts in New York.
