When it comes to the Royals, their parenting styles have always been criticised by parents and non-parents alike.
The couple are known to be very hands on with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis who are also keen for the Royal children to have a normal upbringing - just as Diana did with Prince William and Harry.
They have also spoken out about their own parenting style with William revealing the struggles of parenthood after the birth of their eldest, George, back in 2013.
He said: "The alteration from being a single, independent man to going into marriage and then having children is life-changing.
"George is a right little rascal sometimes, he keeps me on my toes, but he's a sweet boy.

"And Charlotte, bearing in mind I haven't had a sister, so having a daughter is a very different dynamic. I adore my children very much and I've learnt a lot about myself and about family just from having my own children."
However experts have spotted some parenting tips and tricks William has, reports the Mirror.
Mother to William and Harry, Diana, was known to show affection towards their children in public - and it's one of the reasons so many people loved - and continue to love her.
Just like his mum, William has been following in her footsteps having been pictured laughing, cuddling and holding hands with his youngsters.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Dannielle Haig, Principal Psychologist from DH Consulting praised the couple expressing their fondness so openly.
"The overt affection that Wills and Kate show towards their children is most definitely unusual for the British Royal Family.
"But my, how wonderful it is to see. As a psychologist, it is well known that children need to feel affection, love, and safety from their parents to truly thrive and be happy in life.
“To be kept at arm's length and not shown affection as a child, can have all sorts of negative impacts on a child psychologically and emotionally."
Another great sign is that William has been seen crouching down to his children to talk to them when out in public showing he is an "active listener."
It's particularly praised by child psychologists and behavioural experts when implemented by parents because it is said to make children feel valued and understood.
Something else that William makes his kids to is write notes to anyone who has helped them - no matter how small.
A source explained: “[William and Kate] have developed this brilliant knack of letting as much as they can seem spontaneous and that’s how the children see it.
"Table manners, thank you letters, little courtesies are being drilled into the children so they become automatic."
However when it comes to the beauty side of things, William isn't so confident with the Prince himself admitting there is one parenting task that he is not a fan of.
On a trip to Blackpool in 2019, he was chatting to a fellow dad, who admitted that he'd had difficulty learning how to do his daughter's hair.
"Never try to do a ponytail!” he agreed, People reports. "Nightmare."
